    Lesson 3 has seven useful questions. Then try Lessons 6, 8 and 9.

    No. The course is about practical ways of working and includes an Excel workbook.

  • How long will it take?

    Allow about 40–50 minutes to read the lessons. Exercises may take longer.

  • Will I receive a qualification?

    No. This is practical learning, not a formal qualification or accreditation.
